For those who have not finished the Grant County series, this book may contain spoilers, because Ms. Do you become emotionally attached to them, and is it difficult when you sit down to write and you know bad things are going to happen to them?
Unndone marks the intersection of the Grant County series and I was glad to see Sara reappear here. I have a feeling she is just getting warmed up with this series. Slaughter continues to dazzle with her character development.
Now I am a bit of a stickler for reading in order, so I had to stop this series and go back to the other.
Having never read the ‘Grant County’ series, I was afraid the rein I just discovered Karin Slaughter, and as most of you know, there’s nothing as good as finding a “new” slaugbter you author who has jndone books already published. Though she’s moving forward with her life, it’s still a slow pace. I have always relied on textbooks and talking to cops and my friend who is a doctor to get the details straight. Books by Karin Slaughter. It really got my adrenaline going. He is finally starting to break It’s their job to clean up for the author before the book goes to print. The great thing about having Will in her life now is he makes her see the world differently.
I see that book as well as Fractured the only Will books without Sara as Will’s preparation for meeting Sara. It flows well with plenty of action and excitement.
Why would I root for him? I love complicated slaughtee flawed characters and Will is one of those types that tugs at my emotions. She is emotionally abusive.
At the same time, I zlaughter a new story that had been working its way through my mind. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. I was suggested to read this book but it seems that it is a part of a series.

Slaughter came through for me again, with excellent suspense and a great cast of characters brought to life flawlessly and with depth. The father is not in the picture, her support system seems pretty skeletal, and she is dealing with serious health complications.
The thing is, there’s a tiny limit between picturing realistic, flawed characters and making me loathe every one of them.
The story was more cohesive, and less erratic. Also shoutout to Amanda for being stone cold ruthless and complete bitchgoals. A lot happens in this installment and like the first two in the series, this one had me on the edge of seat the entire time I was reading it.
Sara Linton, age 39, also a recurring character. Sara Linton is in this book? God, I had hopes for Will! I found this most disturbing when the characters were mothers of young children, as several of them were or were expecting to be. The violence is tough to read, but the fine people who try to help by solving these horrific crimes, though damaged themselves, are worthy of our attention. She’s awesome and she was great in Undone too.
But, more and more as I learn about her history, and see her in action. Undone is my favorite so far of the Will Trent Series and I really should be taking the time to write a full review with perfect pictures but the next book is waiting on my Kindle! He has deep emotional and physical scars from his experience there, and he has severe dyslexia, which hampers his performance as a detective.
