Amalia leaves saying Karl never loved her, but she came back because Maximilian was feeling ill. Kosinsky kept on saying how he was planning his weeding when he was invited to the court where he lost schhiller sword and ended up in a dungeon.

Moor is animated into action by feelings similar to those under which his author was then suffering and longing to act.
