Those chips are proprietary chips made by Delta and there is no datasheet for them. I remember your last thread.
I’m thinking maybe this chip is the part of the circuit that converts 12v from the main output down to 5v. Submit a new link. I labeled the 3 chips, however I have only been able to tell that the one in the middle is an op amp, the other two are perhaps marked with some dell proprietary fatasheet, I am not sure.
